Business School Internship Program

Sales and marketing positions

1) SALES

Areas available:

         a) New York, New Jersey

         b) Florida

We're looking for self motivated business school students interested in learning the beer business by joining our growing organization. You will be working very closely with our staff, our distributors as well as their salespeople in these market areas.

You must:

1) be at least 21 years old (final year of business school preferred)

2) solid base in English

3) have an outgoing personality and the ability to call on bars, restaurants and retail stores in the area

4) be available for a minimum period of eleven months (July through June)

5) be eligible for an H1 student visa

6) FL position only: a good driving record and a valid US drivers license as a company car is provided

Job Description

  1) Retail oriented activities

• Execute retail calls from target account lists

• Secure new distribution on & off premise

• Check draft systems

• Assist our distributors with distribution and merchandise activities

• Attend & assist in special event and sales incentive program execution

• Execute price surveys

• Develop relationships with distributor salespeople and help them focus on our brands

 Time management:

           5 weekdays + some week-ends for special events

 Compensation

  Base + Commission

2) Marketing

         Position based at our Ashland, MA Headquarters

You will be working very closely with our office staff as well as communicating regularly with our regional salespeople nationwide.

You must:

1) be at least 21 years old (final year of business school preferred)

2) solid base in English

3) have an excellent command of Photoshop, Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint), Front page, HTML and basic web design skills a plus

4) be available for a minimum period of eleven months (September through June)

5) be eligible for an H1 student visa
