Gold:
St Peter's Cream Stout (England) March 03
A remarkably easy-drinking stout for its strength, with an aroma of coffee
and caramel. The initial taste is deeply satisfying with fruity hop, but is
then marked by a strong, charcoal-like roasted malt, which lingers long into
the dry, malty finish along with a little hop fruit.
